Singapore’s largest multinational banking and financial services corporation needed to outsource one of their business process (Transaction Processing) and concentrate on their core values and services.

Through our partner in the logistics and printing industry, we were awarded the outsourced process. We took over the outsourced transaction processing service for the bank’s Credit Card, Account Services and Remittance processing units.

We were in charge of infrastructure (servers, workstations, network), enforced financial security policies, logistic to manpower outsourcing and management.

Digitization solutions were also set up to provide value add to the traditional manual data entry where forms are scanned and data are recognized into the system automatically. Thus reducing cost, manpower and increasing the efficiency of the whole business process.
