This Privacy Policy applies to the information that we will collect, use, and disclose, including Personal Information that we obtain about visitors to our website, our contact number, our social media applications (“Apps”) such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this policy as the “Sites”).

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU DISCLOSE TO US

The Site is built on WordPress.org. While RMA has no additional plugins installed that use Cookies or other tracking technologies on our Site, WordPress uses Cookies or tiny pieces of information stored on your computer for user verification purposes. By using our Maps API Implementation, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. By using our implementation of the Google Maps APIs, you agree to allow us to gain access to information about you, including personally identifiable information such as usernames and non-personally identifiable information such as location.

IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
Our servers are located in Singapore. If you are accessing our Sites from outside of Singapore, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see “Disclosure of Your Information” above), in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and other countries.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

Please note that we will only accept and act on requests in the English language that comply with this Privacy Policy, and with the applicable charge(s) paid. Any request that does not comply with the above will be rejected, and we will not take any action in relation to such rejected requests. We reserve the right to require you to translate any request or any part of the request which is not in the English language before we act on the same OR proceed at our own discretion to translate the same into the English language and charge you for the translation costs, and act upon your request only upon the payment of the translation fees.
